Derma E - Vitamin C SkinCare Bundle

My previous post was all about the blue light protection product line from DermaE. Founded in California,  Derma E is a vegan, cruelty-free beauty brand, known for its clean ingredients and affordable price.

I got to try another skin care line from the same brand and its Vitamin C bundle.

Vitamin C is one of the super powerful nutrient that not only keeps you physically healthy but also keeps your skin healthy. I have included it in my skin care routine from different brands for over a year. This is one of the best Vitamin C skin care line i have used and currently obsessed with it. I have been using this for over 3 weeks now and this has upped my skincare game. I am never going back to my previous routine. To know why i am saying this, go on reading the detailed review below.

So here i am going to talk about my current skin care routine with Derma-E  Vitamin C bundle.

First i will talk about my skin type and problems. I have a very dry skin with hyper pigmentation around mouth and chin.Have severe under eye dark circles and nothing ..absolutely nothing has helped me with the dark circle issue.

My skin is not sensitive to any acids and have been using Hyaluronic acid, lactic acid, Glycolic acid and Retinol for few months now.

If you are new to acids or serum, start with a mild one.

Those who have oily or combination skin or acne prone skin, you must do patch test before using any new products.

 

DermaE Vitamin C Skincare Bundle

Vitamin C Daily Brightening Cleanser

This is a mild cleanser with Licorice extract and Vit-C ,Green Tea, Vit-B5 and Glycolic acid.

In my AM routine, i just water wash my face and do not use any cleanser.

For my PM routine, i used this cleanser for over 3 weeks. 

My skin did not dry out and cleansed well removing all the makeup and sunscreen without any residue.

glycolic acid helped gently exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin.

After thoroughly cleansing, if your skin has pores, use gentle Toner.

Microderm abrasion Scrub

Formulated with dead sea salt and citrus oils, This is a white colored creamy textured smooth scrub, which gently removes the dead skin and refresh the underlying skin. It has a mild fruity fragrance. Gently rub on the wet skin for over a minute and wash off. I used this scrub twice a week as directed by the brand. Skin looked visibly clear and fresh. Its too early to talk about how it smooths the look of fine lines, I will continue to use it to see the best results.

 

Vitamin C Concentrated Serum

Serums are the concentrated form which penetrate the skin deeply and nourish 

Formulated with stabilized 15% vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, this Vitamin C Concentrated Serum hydrates the skin deeply, improving the uneven skin tone and gives brightening effect. Comes in a pump bottle, its easy to use and texture is thin liquid consistency. Serum is lightweight and gets absorbed quickly without leaving any oily residue. Love the mild citrus fragrance of the serum.

Aloe and Vitamin E deeply moisturize the skin, however i would follow the serum with Derma-E moisturizer. It blends smoothly with other serums without piling or patching.Additional plus point is Price of this serum, which is so great compared to other vitamin C serums.

I have used in both my AM and PM routine. Do not forget applying sunscreen in AM routine while using Vitamin C serum.

Vitamin C Intense Night Cream

Formulated with Probiotics and Rooibos, this intense night cream provides added layer of Moisturizer on top of serum to restore overnight moisture and with stabilized Vitamin C , helps strengthen the moisture defense. This cream comes in a glass bottle packaging with a smooth white textured cream. Love the mild citrus fragrance of the cream.

Vitamin C No Dark Circles Perfecting Eye Cream

Star ingredients of this eye cream are Turmeric,Mica , Caffeine along with 15% stabilized Vitamin C. 

Vitamin C , Turmeric and Mica helps instantly brighten the eye area and caffeine helps to depuff the under eye skin. Comes in a tube packaging, texture is smooth golden yellow cream with a mild citrus fragrance. Honestly i haven't seen much difference in reducing the dark circles yet as it is too early to confirm, however well hydrates the delicate under eye skin and depuff them.
